CUSTOMER CARE
Orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days unless its a yarn preorder. Yarn order fulfillment turn around time will be listed on the product page. If your order includes preorder yarn and ready made project bag - the order will ship once all items are ready.
Once packages are dropped off at the post office we have no control over how long delivery will take. We know you are excited to receive your yarn! Thank you for your support and understanding.

For our Canadian customers, we do ship to Canada however please note that the customer is responsible for any international customs, duties, or taxes that are levied and are due upon receipt.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to health and safety concerns, we don't accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. Please contact us at kettle.hearth.fibers@gmail.com if you have any problems with your order. I will do my best to make it right.
